Retinol 1.0 is ideal for problematic and sun-damaged skin that has been preconditioned with the use of Retinol 0.5.
Apply a pea size amount at night to clean dry skin, avoiding the eye area. Allow product to absorb before applying other skincare products. Limit initial use to twice a week, gradually increasing frequency to every other night, then every night as tolerated. Establish a level of skin tolerance prior to regular application. Always use a high-protection, broad spectrum sunscreen when using this product, as retinol increases photosensitivity.
