PM only. Cleanse and dry your face. Face must be completely dry, as retinols do not like water. Apply a thin layer of Retinol 0.5% to face, neck and decolletage. Follow with your favourite cream or moisturizer, as desired. Daily use of SPF 30 or higher is essential as retinol use naturally makes the skin more sensitive to the sun.
